Yes, there is a one-time investment. This is a comprehensive review of your financial records and Quickbooks environment. We provide you with a professional Report of Findings & Recommendations that is yours to keep. The total investment is $1,500. When you decide to partner with Lodestar Financials, we will credit this investment to your account.

No, we do not. Our team is remote and we are most efficient and proficient in utilizing SAAS (software as a service) tools, which includes Quickbooks Online (QBO). If you are interested in making the leap from Desktop to QBO, we can get you up & running quickly.

We do not process payroll, however we ensure that the payroll transactions are entered into your P&L and Balance Sheet correctly.

We utilize 1Password Vaults to securely store login credentials. Only those that need access will be provided access.
We utilize Keeper, a best-in-class practice management software that helps us manage your month-end close process. It also provides a Client Portal where you will communicate with our team and upload documents and receipts.
Slack is how our team communicates internally. If your business also uses this App, we can connect our accounts if you are using the paid version.
Zoom!! It’s our platform of choice for video conferencing! We have the paid version so we can talk for more than 40 minutes if needed.

Your business is responsible for retaining ALL documentation for the required amount of time. Some examples include receipts, purchase agreements, loan documents, bank and credit card reconciliations etc. Lodestar Financials makes every effort to include critical documents in QBO or BILL to support transactions that our team enters.
